What are term notes?

PRT allows you to add notes to specific URLs’ terms for specific dates and view them on charts site-wide.

Notes are also added automatically by PRT’s system during an action like URL edit or Term Settings edit, or when a URL starts (or stops) appearing in a featured snippet, or if the indexed URL changed.
